She is also known for her pivotal roles as Mia Jordan on the Apple TV+ Emmy-winning, Golden Globe and SAG-nominated series “The Morning Show,” Lisa on FX’s award-winning series “The Americans,” as Priscilla Ridley on Marvel’s “Luke Cage” on Netflix, and as Willa Hayes on the Paramount+ smash hit, “Yellowstone.”

Karen graduated from Northwestern University Bienen School of Music with a Bachelor of Music in Voice and Opera and from NYU Tisch School of the Arts Grad Acting Program with a Master of Fine Arts in Acting.
She has also originated many iconic American theatre roles, including Jory in Ayad Akhtar’s Pulitzer Prize Winning, Tony-nominated Broadway play Disgraced, Nya Joseph in the award-winning Pipeline written by Dominique Morrisseau, and Charlotte in Claudia Rankine’s The White Card.

Erica’s entertainment path began on stage with Broadway productions including The Lion King, starring as Nala, Spamalot, starring as Lady of the Lake, and the original Broadway cast of Baby it’s You, as Addie “Micki” Harris and Dionne Warwick, for which she won an NAACP Theater Award for Best Supporting Actress.
She was a cast member and contributing writer on Fox’s MADtv, Season 14.

Erica will star in the highly anticipated upcoming film, We Have a Ghost, starring David Harbour, Anthony Mackie and Jennifer Coolidge. The film will be released on Netflix later this year.
She is also the creator/writer of the comedic advice blog “The Deviled Angel” and writes and produces sketch comedy for The Deviled Angel Network.
